Terms of Use

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the business that runs SARV AI. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookies Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

If you use the service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

• Chat that picks an AI model for you, with the option to compare several models side by side.
• Answers that can be cross-checked by more than one AI when a question is important.
• Creation of images, presentations and voice clips, and help with your own files.
• Projects, a library, and memory, so your work stays organised.

The AI models are made and run by other companies. We add and remove models and features over time, and a model that is available today may not be tomorrow. We will not remove something you have paid for without offering a comparable replacement or a fair refund.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give a real email address that you can read. We use it for sign-in codes and important notices.
• Do not share your password or PIN, and do not let other people use your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.

• You can try a few questions a day without an account. A free account gives more questions and a few images every day; the exact numbers are shown in your account.
• A paid plan has no daily limit. It comes with a number of credits each month.
• A request uses credits according to its size and the model that handles it. Long answers, stronger models, images and voice cost more than a short chat.
• Your balance and what each request cost are shown in your account.
• Credits reset at the start of each monthly period. Unused credits do not carry over, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• When a daily limit or your credits run out, requests pause until they refresh or until you move to a larger plan.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, the prices, what each plan includes, and the taxes that apply will be shown clearly before you pay.

• Payments are taken by a payment company on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details.
• A paid plan renews at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you bought it, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If we change a price, we will tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel instead.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the paid features until it goes through.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

• Create or spread content that is illegal, that sexualises children, or that threatens, harasses or defames a person.
• Make content designed to deceive, such as fake documents, impersonations of real people, or spam.
• Seek instructions for weapons, malware, or other ways to cause serious harm.
• Upload other people's private information without the right to do so.
• Break someone else's copyright, trade mark, or other rights.
• Try to get around limits, credit counts, or safety systems, or to reach another person's data.
• Copy, resell, or build a competing service from this one, or collect its output in bulk to train another AI.
• Overload the service or use automated tools against it without our written permission.

We may remove content, limit, or close an account that breaks these rules. For serious cases we may act without notice.

• What you send stays yours. You confirm you have the right to use it.
• We claim no ownership of the results made for you. Between you and SARV AI, they are yours to use, including for business.
• The law on ownership of AI-made material differs from country to country, and another person may be given a similar result for a similar request. We cannot promise a result is unique or that it can be protected by copyright.
• Some AI providers set their own rules for how their output may be used. Those rules also apply to results from their models.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you. That permission ends when the content is deleted.

You may use the service, but these terms do not hand you any rights in the SARV AI name, emblem, look, or software. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.

Answers can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, even when they sound confident and even when several AIs agree. SARV AI is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. For decisions about health, money, law or safety, check with a qualified person.

The service depends on other companies' AI models and on internet infrastructure. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and we may pause it for maintenance. The service is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.

• We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, for lost profits or lost data, or for losses caused by relying on an AI answer without checking it.
• Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed, or limits responsibility for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

• You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to support@getsarvai.com.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to save your work.
• If we close the service altogether, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

If something goes wrong, write to support@getsarvai.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If we cannot agree, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections your own country's law gives you.

We may update these terms as the service grows. For an important change we will email you or show a notice at least 14 days ahead. If you keep using the service after the change starts, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can close your account.
