Who we are
In shortSARV AI is a service, based in India. We decide how your information is used and we answer for it.
SARV AI is one place to use many AI models: you ask in your own words, and the service picks a suitable AI and returns one result. This policy covers the website at getsarvai.com and the workspace you use after signing in.
If anything here is unclear, write to support@getsarvai.com. A person will reply.
What we collect and why
In shortOnly what is needed to run your account, answer your requests, and keep the service safe.
| What | Examples | Why we need it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account details | Your name and email address. Your password, stored scrambled so that nobody, including us, can read it. | To create your account, sign you in, and reach you about your account. | Until you delete your account. |
| Sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple | The name and email address that provider shares, and an ID that tells us it is the same person next time. We never receive your password for that provider. | To sign you in without a password. | Until you delete your account. |
| What you send and what you get back | Your messages, the files and pictures you attach, and the answers, images, presentations and voice clips made for you. | To produce your results and show you your past work. | Until you delete the item or your account. |
| Memory | Lasting facts you ask SARV AI to remember, such as "I run a bakery in Pune". | So you do not have to repeat yourself. You can see and delete every item in Account. | Until you delete it. |
| Usage | Which feature was used, when, and how many credits it took. Not the content of the request. | To count your credits, apply plan limits, and understand which features are useful. | Up to 24 months. |
| Security records | The time of each sign-in attempt, whether it worked, the internet address it came from, and the browser used. | To spot break-in attempts and slow down password guessing. | Up to 12 months. |
| Payment records | When paid plans are available: the plan, amount and date. Card and bank details go straight to the payment company and are never stored by us. | To give you what you paid for and to keep the accounts the law requires. | As long as tax law requires, usually 8 years. |
| Messages to support | What you write to us and our replies. | To help you. | Up to 24 months after the matter is closed. |

Where your information comes from
In shortAlmost all of it comes directly from you.
- You: what you type, upload, and enter in forms.
- Your device: the technical details any website receives when you visit, such as browser type and internet address.
- A sign-in provider: your name and email, if you choose Google, Facebook or Apple.
We do not buy information about you from anyone.
Who else sees your information
In shortA small number of companies that help us run the service, and only the part each one needs.
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| AI model providers | The message, and any file needed, for the request you just made. Not your name, email or password. | They run the AI that writes the answer or makes the image. Each one handles what it receives under its own terms. |
| Hosting and database providers | Everything stored in your account, held on their machines. | The service has to live on servers. |
| Email delivery provider | Your email address and the message we are sending, such as a sign-in code. | To deliver the email. |
| Payment company | When paid plans are available: your payment details, which you give them directly. | To take the payment securely. |
| Authorities | Only what a valid legal order demands. | Because the law requires it. |

Some of these companies work from outside India, so your information may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that protect it to a standard at least as strong as this policy.
If the business is ever sold or merged, your information would move to the new owner under these same promises, and we would tell you first.
AI and your content
In shortWe do not train AI models on your chats, and we tell you plainly what the AI decides for you.
- SARV AI does not use your messages, files or results to train AI models of its own.
- SARV AI automatically chooses which AI answers each request. That choice affects only the quality and cost of the answer.
- No automated decision here has a legal or similarly serious effect on you. Nothing in the service scores you, profiles you, or decides whether you get a loan, a job, or anything of that kind.
- AI answers can be wrong. Please check anything important before relying on it.
How we protect it
In shortScrambled passwords, encrypted connections, and strict limits on who can see what.
- Passwords and PINs are stored scrambled and cannot be read back.
- The connection between you and the service is encrypted.
- Every request for data is checked against your account, so one person cannot open another person's work.
- Repeated wrong passwords or codes are slowed down and recorded.
- Staff access is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly safe. If something goes wrong that puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay, and say what we are doing about it.
Your choices and rights
In shortYou can see, correct, download and delete your information, and you can say no.
- See it: ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct it: change your details, or ask us to fix something that is wrong.
- Delete it: delete single chats, files and memories yourself, or ask us to delete the whole account.
- Take it with you: ask for your content in a common file format.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on your permission, you can take it back at any time.
- Complain: if you are unhappy with our answer, you can go to the data protection authority where you live.
Which of these are legal rights depends on where you live, for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR in Europe, or California law. We offer all of them to everyone. To use any of them, write to support@getsarvai.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 7 working days and finish within 30 days. It is free.
Children
In shortSARV AI is for adults.
You must be 18 or older to open an account. If you are a parent and believe your child has signed up, write to support@getsarvai.com and we will remove the account and its contents.
Changes to this policy
In shortIf we change something important, we tell you before it takes effect.
We will update the date at the top whenever this page changes. For a change that affects how your information is used, we will also email you or show a notice in the workspace at least 14 days before it starts.
